Forza Horizon 5 Season Change: Hasta la Vista

Forza Horizon 5 Season Exchange: Hasta los angeles Vista

The third week of the Forza Horizon 5 “Race Off” Series begins today, and over the following seven days, players will face even more new tasks and events.

The “Horizon Race Off,” which is the main focus of the series, is a four-week challenge that combines competitive and cooperative elements. Players compete to earn prizes that benefit the whole community.

You will have to decide between asphalt and off-road, albeit not really. Participating in each kind of event fills up a dynamic scoreboard, and every participant who reaches 100% receives a reward automobile that is fitting. You won’t have to choose between the two, however, since everyone will get both rewards if and when both bars reach their maximum height.

The Race-Off Festival Site is a brand-new feature for this Series, the 32nd in the history of the game. This place serves as a hub for the Series and displays the progress meters; it appears in a different position on the map for each of the four weeks.

Six new vehicles overall this Series, with two prize cars available for the Race Off in addition to the standard one for each season at 20 points. Naturally, capturing them all also results in an Evolving World Accolade.

Table of Contents

Series 32: Horizon Race Off

In addition to the two standard Series awards, which are once again vehicles from past Series — however uncommon things since they aren’t found anywhere else — there are two Race-Off reward cars.

You may expand your collection with the Audi Sport Quattro S1 for 80 points. This Group B classic features an insane engine packed into a spaceframe chassis and a distinctive, exotic body that is almost unrecognizable from current Audi vehicles, with the exception of the 200 production versions that must be homologated.

The Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Spyder Performante, which you may get with 160 points, is proof that when you already have as much “more” as you can, then less really is more. To top off the already fantastic recipe, this is accomplished by removing the roof from the top-tier Performante coupe for wind-in-the-hair (or scalp) fun.

You will get two swift Fords that are suitable for their respective surfaces for the Race-Off. Right now, off-road completion is the closest to the objective, and the 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor R is the reward. Asphalt follows shortly after and wins a 2024 Ford Mustang GT.

Series 32 Winter/Dry Season Rewards

Reaching 20 points this season will unlock the 2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra, a vehicle that many American Forza players have wanted since the game’s launch.

Produced around the conclusion of the fourth generation SN95, this was the final automobile to carry the moniker to date. The “Terminator,” as Ford’s Special Vehicles Team code-named it, was an improved Cobra model that boasted several enhancements, including an allegedly underrated 390 horsepower.

You’ll have another opportunity to choose something more appropriate for this month’s off-road portion of the theme at 40 points with the Toyota 4Runner.

Despite being named after Toyota’s dedicated tuning division, TRD, it’s hardly the most potent vehicle. This is because body protection and reinforced suspension were designed with survival in mind.

Summer will continue till Thursday, April 18, at 14:30 UTC. Series 32 will run for an additional week, ending on Thursday, April 25, at the same time.

Series 32 Winter Playlist: Forzathon Events

This week’s Forzathon Weekly Challenge has a different pair. To get Innovation or Ambition, you must own and operate either the Nissan Silvia Spec R ’00 or the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X ’08. starting — after which you are free to switch between them as you like.

This week has a really easy set of tasks. First, drive each automobile to 100 mph, and then snap a picture of the one you like most. Finally, complete any Danger Sign in any way with six Stars; this might take as little as thirty seconds.

Series 32 Winter Playlist: Season Events

This week’s Horizon Solo segment has a brief schedule of six events, with the four Seasonal Championships—one from each of the four categories—accounting for the majority of the points. To provide a little variation, there is one PR stunt and one EventLab.

Once again, the Malpais Trailblazer PR Stunt won’t be too difficult since it’s available to any S2 Class (901-998PI) car and below. To get two points and a Super Wheelspin, just complete the course with 20s or more left.

Sneezin Dragon Circuit, this week’s EventLab, is a small-town track on EventLab Island. For a six-lap race against the AI, a C Class (501-600PI) Retro Hot Hatch is required. Win to get a MINI Countryman and three points.

The four Seasonal Championship tournaments are left. Competing against “Highly Skilled” AI, each race is a three-race championship where winning counts toward the Race Off objectives. To get five points and the additional prizes, you must finish first in the points table after the three races.

The Old-School Cool street race for S1 Class (801-900PI) Retro Supercars and Decade in the Making for S1 Class (801-900PI) cars from the 2010s are this week’s Asphalt activities. If you win, you’ll get a Ford Transit SuperSport or a BMW M3 ’08.

Offroad racers may participate in the Play of the Game cross-country challenge for German B Class (601-700PI) vehicles and the “All-Weather Warriors” hopper race for A Class (701-800PI) cars called In Rain, Wind, or Shine. You may get the Infiniti Q60 and Volkswagen Golf R ’14 by winning series.

This week, there is just one complete multiplayer event. To participate, you must have a PC (which is free) or an Xbox Core membership.

That is, of course, The Trial, which is a constant. In this team challenge, a team of up to six human players competes in a best-of-three match against a team of six “Unbeatable” AI.

As is the series’ overarching premise, cooperation is necessary to win. To beat the AI team, you’ll need to operate as a team since every position matters. A driver on a team receives 100 points for every driver they defeat on the opposition team, but they don’t get any points for defeating teammates.

Therefore, the optimal strategy is to impede the AI as you go, slow them down, and let your human teammates pass—even if it means protecting them. It isn’t much use running away at the front if three AI are pursuing you home.

This week’s event involves street racing in A Class (701-800PI) Super Saloon cars, with some walled-in city circuits, so be cautious near your teammates. Gain 10 points and a MINI JCW Buggy by winning overall.

The Trial: Smooth Cruising

  • Car: A Class, Super Saloon
  • Location: Guanajuato
  • Challenge: Win the Championship
  • Reward: 10 points, MINI JCW Buggy

Series 32 Winter Playlist: Challenges

This week offers four challenges, one of which is a multiplayer event that—unless you play on a PC—requires an Xbox Core membership.

Monster vs. Monster is a comparatively easy Horizon Open challenge. All you have to do is use any Hypercar or Rally Monster vehicle to participate in any Horizon Open Custom Race. You will get two points for this as well as the playlist item “Ingrid is a Hybrid.”

This week’s prop for Collectibles is another one, although it looks a lot like the one from last week. To finish the On Par challenge, you’ll need to search the Club de Opala golf course for the Asphalt Helmet Pinata and smash 10. Three points and, fittingly, a Pinata Pop horn are yours for the taking.

This week’s Photo Challenge requires you to obtain a #HomeRun. To get two points and an Apex Predators sweatshirt, bring any Sports Utility Heroes vehicle to the baseball stadium in Guanajuato, which is near to the Bola Ocho circuit start point.

In your third consecutive Treasure Hunt, you get to tear up billboards. The Buick Skills hint doesn’t fully explain the prerequisites, but if you start with what you believe to be correct, you’ll finish it quickly. Rather than merely crushing five, you really need to score five of the aforementioned Skillboard talents.

You are rewarded with the tip that indicates the Treasure Chest is located beside the Base Jump Danger Sign at the Horizon Rush station. Smash it to get 100FP and three points.

Series 32 Winter Playlist: Monthly Events

There are two more weeks left to complete the Monthly Events if you haven’t already. When you get around to them, they are present in all four seasons and give each season a point.

You are matched with a ghost on the particular course, much as in Rivals, although you are not required to beat them. It suffices to only establish a clean run in the given vehicle, meaning that you must avoid striking solid things, missing checkpoints, and using the rewind button.

This month’s two challenges each have a Race-Off prize vehicle. That’s the Mustang GT at the Vista del Mar point-to-point and the Ford F-150 Raptor R at the River Scramble dirt track.

Monthly Rivals: Plaza Circuit

  • Cars: Lotus Esprit V8 (provided)
  • Location: Guanajuato
  • Challenge: Post a Clean Lap
  • Reward: 4 points (1 added to each season)

Series 32 Winter Bonus DLC Events

Two more events are included in each of the two DLC expansion packs, providing seven more points in each location (two points for PR Stunt and five points for Seasonal Championship), for a total of 14.

Similar to the main map, any S2 Class (901-998PI) vehicle and lower is welcome to attempt the relatively easy PR Stunts. Hot Wheels’ Horizon Nexus Drift Zone offers a moderate 138,000 point objective, but the 400-meter jump at the La Cantera Danger Sign in Sierra Nueva is not without its problems. Prior to takeoff, be aware of the bump; reduce your speed there and throughout the acceleration phase; and aim straight down the center.

A 1940 Ford Coupe is awarded in the Rally Adventure Seasonal Championship, Touring Through Dirt, which is limited to S1 Class (801-900PI) Super GT vehicles. Hot Wheels Fire and Ice S1 Class (801-900PI) Ford models with a RAM Power Wagon prize.

  • Reward: 2 points, Super Wheelspin

Rally Adventure Seasonal Championship: Touring Through Dirt

  • Car: S1 Class, Super GT
  • Location: Sierra Nueva Pueblo Artza
  • Challenge: Win the Championship
  • Reward: 5 points, Ford Coupe ’40

Series 32 Winter Forzathon Shop

This week’s Forzathon Shop has two insane automobiles from the previous Festival presenters, which they find to be both British and brutal.

The Aston Martin Vulcan AMR Pro leads the way, providing a solution to an unanswered question: what if we made our track-only toy even more of… that?

Seldom is more power not the solution, as the seven-liter V12 still only produces 820 horsepower. Nonetheless, the aerodynamics are increased by almost 30% compared to the Vulcan’s GT3 levels, with a better center of pressure providing greater front-end grip.

When compared to the second option, TVR’s formidable Cerbera Speed 12, the figures almost appear insignificant. There was only ever one complete road-going model of the 7.7-liter V12 since the company’s owner all but refused to sell it after one road test, despite rumors that its power destroyed a dyno set to 1000 horsepower.

Both vehicles are present at the Autoshow as usual. This week’s 700FP is compared to the Vulcan’s 2,000,000cr, and the TVR’s 500,000cr to the 300FP.

The Apex Predators Cap, Grit Reapers Helmet, and Quick Draw Emote are this week’s additional shop products, each costing 75FP. Additionally, a Wheelspin and Super Wheelspin may be obtained for their customary 60FP and 150FP, respectively.

Series 32 Winter Forzathon Shop

  • Aston Martin Vulcan AMR ’17 – 700FP
  • TVR Cerbera Speed 12 – 300FP
  • Natural Leaf Desert Scarf – 75FP
  • Black Plaid Joggers – 75FP
  • Hot Wheels Flame Horn – 75FP
  • Wheelspin – 60FP
  • Super Wheelspin – 150FP
