Jel’s verdict: Not to be confused with My Senpai is Annoying
This episode’s lazy implication regarding the titular (pun intended) little senpai’s hurting back and shoulders appears within the first five minutes, and to be honest, I’m shocked it took that long. My Tiny Senpai may appear to be a laid-back workplace comedy, but its ultimate goal is to give you the idea of having a pretty little anime girl swoon over you and compliment your work. You can also gaze at her enormous boobs.
The only other character we meet is the self-inserting main dude’s tsundere childhood pal, who fortunately works at the same company, eliminating any remaining doubts that this is straight male desire fulfillment. There are now two adorable girls vying for his attention. I don’t even think it’s done well, even if that’s what you came here for. The character designs, art direction, animation, and text are all rather drab.
Yes, this first episode commits the biggest offense against anime: it’s boring. There isn’t much to see here, even if you’re horny for infantilized anime women with breasts the size of half their body height (gross). What a fantastic way to begin the new anime season…
