Tickets for the Gran Turismo World Series World Final in Barcelona are now on sale through Polyphony Digital, with little over a month to go until the event begins.
The Fira Internacional de Barcelona convention facility in the city’s center will host the three-day championship from Friday, December 1 through Sunday, December 3. Gran Turismo will occupy Hall 2, which is 260,000 square feet or 24,000 square meters. It will feature an events stage, seating for the audience, and two more rather unique places.
To commemorate the ten years of the Vision Gran Turismo project, there is first the Gran Turismo Garage, a special display. To honor the ten years of the distinctive design effort, full-size versions of a number of Vision Gran Turismo vehicles—of which there are over twenty—will be included. There might be more surprises in store because a Vision GT car is typically unveiled at the World Final as well.
There will also be a real-world Gran Turismo Cafe. In addition to letting guests “show off their own Gran Turismo 7 skills,” this interactive section will allow participants to experience GT7 in VR2, which may allude to a competition for ticket holders. Drinks and snacks will also be available at the GT Cafe, however it’s unclear if the fictitious owner, Luca, will be there.
